As the volleyball season is just around the corner, take your athletic abilities to the Next Level with our weekly strength and conditioning sessions.
Increase your explosive power, improve your linear and lateral quickness and decrease your risk of injury with the help of the Vertimax technology. Vertimax is a sophisticated and safe jumping platform with bands that attach to various points on the body for resistance during explosive movements. Athletes will also learn sport specific weight training lifts, drills and proper mechanics inside the weight room to improve their athletic abilities on the field and reduce the risk of injuries!
Athletes involved over the 6 week progressive program sessions will benefit from a quicker first step, faster top speed and improved side to side movements. 7/13 - 8/21

VOLLEYBALL DRILLS & PLAY
Start preparing now for fall volleyball. Athletes will participate in two hour sessions that include: warm up, select drills and then competitive play. Teams for play will be made each week with those present. Come as an individual or with your team. 7/8 - 8/19.
Torrington: Wednesdays 7:30-9:30 pm

Four 30 minute one-on-one sessions or two 60 minute sessions.
